1. What is the Agency Referral Rewards Appreciation Program?
What is the Agency Referral Rewards Appreciation Program? It is a program designed to give individuals POINTS based on the value of the type of referrals the agency receives from them.How do I get points?
An agency Referral Rewards account is established in your name. You may obtain your point status by going to our agency website, "clicking onto" the "Rewards" tab and accessing your "User I.D. & Password" or contacting the agency during normal business hours. Our staff can also provide the results of any of the referrals provided by you.Are my points transferable? No. All points are usable only by the account holder by which a gift card/certificate will be issued upon request and by item(s) selected.Must I use the acquired points within a certain "Time Limit"? No. You retain your accumulated points for as long as you desire to remain as an established referral account holder.What if my referrals do not place business into effect by the agency?
You still "Win" an Agency Gift of Appreciation for thinking of us. Your gift is personally delivered (locally) by one of our staff members. The value of the "Gift" increases as you provide more referrals, even if they do not result in placing business with us.How many points do I have? We maintain a database of all the points earned. If you're not sure how many points you have, please call the office (775-348-8893) and any staff member can provide the information.
